At NR Tutoring LLC, we aim to offer high-quality, flexible tutoring while keeping an organized schedule. To help us serve all clients effectively, please review and follow the policies below. Thank you for your understanding, and feel free to reach out with any questions!
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the lesson fee.
Make Up Lessons
Makeup lessons are available on Fridays only. If you are unavailable on the designated makeup day, please let us know in advance. Failure to inform us ahead of time will result in no refund for the missed lesson.
Extended Absences
If you know in advance that you will be out of town or unable to attend multiple lessons, please inform us as soon as possible to help avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Termination of Services
If you wish to discontinue tutoring services, we kindly request at least one week’s notice so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate students on the waitlist.
